The 2010 season got kicked off with 7th place finished for the J12 race team and crew, on March 20 the J12 team went down and run at the speedway for the first time this year after a long cold winter and no practices run with the car since the grassroots race, showed that the car still needed a little bit of work done to it still, but thats is what you get with a new car and a driver that hasn't sit behind a wheel for as long as Clint has but with the help of the crew and the good lord up above was able to pull it off. The night started off good with a fith place finsh in the heat, Clint,Tim,and Matt talked about the car between the heat and feature and decided to try some stuff. So when it came time for the feature the J12 car started on the inside 5th row and at the first turn Clint and one of the Zero cars touched sending Clint into the wall, there was a little damage done to the nose, wheel, and the toe was knocked out. Well since there wasn't a complete green flag lap Clint got his spot back and got to try again but sadly the cars handling was off and Clint decided to park it after overheating promblems came back also. But all in all a good night, stuff we tried seemed to help the car and we got good feedback from it the team will be racing March 27 at T.R.
